Returns and refunds

Turtlewërks accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Because many of our products are handcrafted from locally sourced wood, natural variations in grain, color, and texture are not considered defects. Custom orders, personalized pieces, clearance items, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at turtlewerks.fischer@gmail.com within the return window with their order number and reason for return; if approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim.
